About the Role

16-18$ hr
IF you have ever wanted to get into cooking and learn about how to kill it in the kitchen this is the perfect place for you.
This is an entry level position with the opportunity to learn and grow within the company;
Follow all opening and closing checklists and standard operating procedures
Lifting up to 25 lbs., and organizing / receiving inventory while verifying invoices are correct and ensure product quality
When Prepping; Follow all recipe and portion control standards correctly
Keeping work space clean according to interior health/food safe standards
Working with team members and clear positive communication
Willingness to cross train on all positions
Following staff guidelines and timelines throughout shift, including showing up minimum 5 minutes before your shift is to start

About the Company

Fuze started as a food truck almost ten years ago. Inspired by travel, we focused on flavors from around the world with local flare. We use as much local as possible including our honey, coffee, eggs, and vegetables in the summer. We are dedicated to doing our part for the environment by using biodegradable takeout containers, reusing the plastic our inventory gets shipped in for our prep, and feeding all of our vegetable food scraps to chickens at a local farm. All of our sauces, baking and dishes are made from scratch, and to order.

The Owner Sarah Adamson has over 20 years experience within the restaurant industry, and started as a salad cook, eager to learn all positions within the restaurant from dish to front of house. With this experience we have the ability to bring in anyone with that same eagerness to learn, and train from the ground up within the company. We are all here working together for the common goal. We are a family, who works together with the foundation of love and the passion for damn good food. There is a level of understanding about real life challenges, and we support each other by cross training at every station, and offering flexibility within the schedule for things that come up in life.
