About the Company
Fuze started as a food truck almost ten years ago. Inspired by travel, we focused on flavors from around the world with local flare. We use as much local as possible including our honey, coffee, eggs, and vegetables in the summer. We are dedicated to doing our part for the environment by using biodegradable takeout containers, reusing the plastic our inventory gets shipped in for our prep, and feeding all of our vegetable food scraps to chickens at a local farm. All of our sauces, baking and dishes are made from scratch, and to order.
The Owner Sarah Adamson has over 20 years experience within the restaurant industry, and had a goal of changing the narrative in kitchens. I have helped open three restaurants and have experience in all positions within them. If you have read (Kitchen Confidential, by Anthony Bourdain), then you know how it goes with pan throwing, yelling as the primary form of communication and the classic fighting between front and back of house. At Fuze we are a family, who works together with the foundation of love and the passion for damn good food.
There is a level of understanding about real life challenges, and we support each other by cross training at every station, and offering flexibility within the schedule for things that come up in life. If you love food, and travel, our multicultural environment is totally the right fit for you.
